Some of the first-team squad joined the Community Trust and Bloomfield Bear on the Children's Ward in Blackpool Victoria Hospital today.
Mark Cullen, Kyle Vassell, Jim McAlister, Ollie Turton, Max Clayton, Dolly Menga and Christoffer Mafoumbi turned up with gifts to hand out to the kids ahead of Christmas.
"It's never a nice time to be in hospital, and a visit like this is always important to keep spirits high," Cullen said. "It's been great to meet and chat with some of the kids, who will hopefully all be well enough to return home in time for the visit of Santa."
Hospital Play Specialist Gemma Probin added: “Blackpool FC are very good to us and we look forward to their visit every year.
“The children love seeing them and we are really grateful to the players for giving up their time to come and see us."
