John Brooks will referee Blackpool's Sky Bet League One fixture against Plymouth Argyle on Saturday.
The official, who took charge of the club's match at Southend United in September, will be assisted by Nicholas Barnard and Lee Freeman.
Billy Smallwood will be on fourth official duties at Bloomfield Road.
