Pool In Checkatrade Trophy Action

Fixture | Blackpool vs Wycombe Wanderers
Date | 10 January 2016
Venue | Bloomfield Road

A place in the quarter finals of the Checkatrade Trophy is at stake for Blackpool if they can see off in-form Wycombe Wanderers at Bloomfield Road.

The Seasiders progressed before Christmas after beating Doncaster Rovers on penalties and continue to fight on three fronts.

Wycombe are going great guns in League Two and won’t want to surrender their 12-match unbeaten run on the Fylde Coast.

Recent Form
Blackpool drew 0-0 with Barnsley at the weekend and had chances to win it, before being forced to replay. Gary Bowyer’s men are without a home win in three outings so will want to halt that run.

Wycombe have won 11 of their previous 12 games, with a draw coming from the other fixture. Their last defeat came in the Checkatrade trophy against Coventry City in November.

Team News
Mark Yeates is hoping to be passed fit to be in contention, but Colin Daniel will be unavailable once again.

Wycombe are expected to be without Michael Harriman, Paul Hayes and Dayle Southewell who all remain injured.
