Fixture | Blackpool vs Blackburn Rovers – Date | 28 November 2017 – Venue | Bloomfield Road
Blackpool's rearranged Sky Bet League One clash against Blackburn Rovers takes place this evening, kick-off 7.45pm.
The match will be The Seasiders' second consecutive one against Lancashire-based opponents and offers an opportunity to round off the month of November in positive fashion.
Last Time Out:
Cold and blustery conditions playing their part on Saturday, as Blackpool drew 0-0 at Fleetwood Town. Pool did create the best opportunity of the game though, with Sean Longstaff denied by goalkeeper Alex Cairns.
Blackburn, meanwhile, came back from a goal down to beat Bristol Rovers 2-1. Dominic Samuel was the match-winner, adding to a converted Charlie Mulgrew penalty just six minutes earlier.
Manager Gary Bowyer will make late decisions on the availability of Colin Daniel, Curtis Tilt and Kyle Vassell. All three were forced off against Fleetwood Town on Saturday, however the injuries are not as bad as initially feared. Clark Robertson is still a couple of weeks off a return.
Tony Mowbray's side could well be unchanged, as the Blackburn boss has no fresh injury concerns. Darragh Lenihan and Harry Chapman remain long-term absentees.
