Ben Toner will referee Blackpool's Sky Bet League One fixture against Portsmouth on Saturday.
The official, who took charge of The Seasiders' home game against Crewe last season, as well as a Checkatrade Trophy clash against Cheltenham Town, will be assisted by Helen Byrne and Oliver Bickle.
Michael Salisbury will be on fourth official duties at Bloomfield Road.
