Nathan Delfouneso has pledged his support to Kidney Research UK, as he aims to raise awareness and funds for the treatment of kidney disease.
Kidney Research UK is the leading charity dedicated to research into kidney disease in the UK, with the aim of finding better treatments, and ultimately cures for kidney diseases.
Kidney disease is a silent killer. There are three million people in the UK with it right now and there is no cure.
Nathan Delfouneso said:
“Kidney disease can affect anyone of any age and I’m determined to play my part in supporting the work of Kidney Research UK, as the charity aims to help make further breakthroughs in the diagnosis, treatment and patient care of those affected by the disease.
“This is a cause I feel very passionately about and I’m delighted that the club has offered to sell the Kidney Research UK wristbands and badges here at Bloomfield Road.”
Kidney Research UK wristbands and pin badges can be purchased now from the club shop, priced at just £1. Alternatively, you can visit the Kidney Research UK online shop here.
You can also show your support and highlight your own fundraising efforts on social media by using the hashtag #TeamKidney
