Fixture | Blackpool vs Bury – Date | 17 October 2017 – Venue | Bloomfield Road
Blackpool return home to Bloomfield Road by hosting Bury in Sky Bet League One this evening, kick-off 7.45pm.
The Seasiders are unbeaten in all five league home fixture so far this season and will be aiming to extend that record with another fine performance.
Last Time Out:
Gary Bowyer's side head into the game on the back of a point against Walsall on Saturday.
Viv Solomon-Otabor's first goal for the club saw the team recover from going a goal down to secure a 1-1 draw.
Bury, managed by former Blackpool boss Lee Clark, also recovered from an early setback, as they beat Bradford City 3-1.
Chris Maguire, Jermaine Beckford and Jay O'Shea were all on target to give the club a third league win of the season.
Blackpool have no fresh injury concerns ahead of the game, with Saturday's debutant Jay Spearing expected to make his first appearance at home. Colin Daniel is suspended after picking up his fifth booking of the season, however.
Mark Cullen (hamstring) remains sidelined, while Jim McAlister, though training again, is still some weeks off a return to first-team action.
Bury will have former Blackpool defender Tom Aldred in their ranks, though ex-Preston man Chris Humphrey is a doubt after limping off against Bradford City on Saturday.
