Craig Hicks will referee Blackpool's Sky Bet League One fixture at Gillingham on Saturday.
The official, who took charge of the under-18's FA Youth Cup semi-final, second leg at Arsenal on Monday, will be assisted by Ian Rathbone and Paul Yates.
Ian Cooper will be on fourth official duties at Priestfield Stadium.
