Ross Joyce will referee Blackpool's home game against Portsmouth on Saturday
The official, who took charge of The Seasiders' match at Rotherham in May, will be assisted by Graeme Fyvie and Kevin Mulraine.
Matthew Parry will be on fourth official duties at Bloomfield Road.
