The Blackpool youth team has received further support ahead of tonight’s FA Youth Cup quarter-final tie at Blackburn Rovers, with D.M. Care Ltd signing up as principal shirt sponsor.
D.M. Care Ltd, which is owned by Blackpool-born David Moseley, operates two care homes in the town, Highbury House and Ambassador Care Home.
The homes provide accommodation and care for a combined 59 residents and cater for a wide variety of needs and interests in a secure, relaxed and homely environment.
The sponsorship agreement, which strengthens the budget for the academy, runs from the start of next season (2018/19), however the D.M. Care Ltd logo will debut on the youth team shirts at Ewood Park tonight.
Academy Manager Warren Green said:
“David has been very supportive of the youth team and I’m delighted to welcome him on board. This partnership with D.M. Care Ltd is one that really helps us moving forward, at what is an exciting time for our under-18 side.”
