A deal has been agreed with Queens Park Rangers for goalkeeper Joe Lumley to join Blackpool on loan for the remainder of the season.
The stopper, 22, is highly-rated at Loftus Road and has acted as back-up to regular number one Alex Smithies throughout the current Championship campaign.
Having made his first-team debut for QPR in 2016, Lumley spent time out on loan with Saturday’s opponents Bristol Rovers last season, making 19 appearances.
"I'd like to thank QPR for allowing Joe to join us on loan," manager Gary Bowyer said. "He's a keeper with a lot of promise and he performed very well on loan with Bristol Rovers last season."
Meanwhile, Ryan Allsop has returned to his parent club AFC Bournemouth. The 'keeper departs Bloomfield Road having made 23 appearances for The Seasiders.
"I'd like to thank Ryan for his contribution this season and wish him all the very best for the future," the manager added.
