Former Players Turn Out In Force To Pay Respects To Jimmy Armfield

Team-Mates and Friends Line Up For Guard of Honour

Former Blackpool players turned out in force to pay their respects to club legend Jimmy Armfield on Saturday.

Friends and former team-mates, including Tony Green, Tommy Thompson and Alan Taylor, helped form a guard of honour as wreaths were laid in front of the Armfield Stand. 

A wreath from the Former Players' Association was laid by Derek Spence.
