The Blackpool players have been making waves on the water while up in Scotland, taking on a team bonding activity with a difference.
The squad visited Blown Away, an award-winning outdoor experience company, on West Sands Beach in St Andrews to take on some fun challenges at sea.
The players climbed aboard eight-man Super Tankers for stand up paddle boarding, where navigation and communication was key.

Meanwhile, the team faced Rangers in a second-behind-closed doors game on Friday, winning 2-1. Summer signings John O'Sullivan and Chris Taylor were on target against a young Rangers side, which also featured players who didn't start in the club's Europa League qualifier against FK Shkupi.
