Match Preview: Burton Albion (H)

Seasiders Host The Brewers

23 November 2018

Blackpool return to Bloomfield Road tomorrow, as The Seasiders host Burton Albion.

Having recorded four consecutive victories in all competitions, Pool will be aiming to maintain their current form and go past the 30-point mark for the season.

The opposition sit four points behind Blackpool in the table and have picked up back-to-back league wins in their last two outings.

Team News:

Jordan Thompson returns from international duty for the match, however a late fitness check will be made on the availability of fellow midfielder Callum Guy, who was forced off with a tight hamstring at Southend United last weekend. Jimmy Ryan (knee) and Max Clayton (hamstring) remain on the sidelines.

Ben Turner, Ben Fox and Marvin Sordell are doubts for the visitors, though Devante Cole is expected to play after having an injection in his groin. Dimitar Evtimov and Liam Boyce return from international commitments.
