Carl Boyeson has been confirmed as the referee for Blackpool's Sky Bet League One fixture at Sunderland.
The official, who oversaw the club's 2-2 draw at Peterborough in September, will be assisted by David Avent and Jeff Liddle.
Peter Wright will be on fourth official duties at the Stadium of Light.
