Match Preview: Wycombe Wanderers (H)

Blackpool Aim To Utilise Game In Hand

29 January 2019

Blackpool will look to utilise a game in hand on many other sides in Sky Bet League One when hosting Wycombe Wanderers this evening, kick-off 7.45pm.

The rearranged fixture is one of just seven matches taking place in the division and offers The Seasiders an opportunity to further cut the gap to the play-off positions.

However, the visitors sit just a point and place behind Blackpool in the table and arrive on the back of a three-game winning run.

Team News:

Blackpool will make a late check on the availability of Chris Long, who missed Saturday's match due to a tight hamstring. His absence at The Ricoh was more precautionary, however. Joe Dodoo resumed training yesterday, though this fixture will come a little too soon for the on-loan Rangers man. Jimmy Ryan is also making good progress. Callum Guys remains sidelined with an ankle problem.

Former Pool loan keeper Ryan Allsop is expected to start between the sticks for the visitors, while on loan Manchester City midfielder Luke Bolton could feature from the beginning, having made his debut as a substitute against Plymouth.

The Ref:

Martin Coy will referee his first Blackpool game of the season tonight.

The official was last at Bloomfield Road in April 2018, when The Seasiders drew 1-1 with Shrewsbury Town.

He has taken charge of 25 fixtures so far this season, showing 75 yellow cards and two red ones.

Tickets:

Tickets for the match are priced at:

- £22 for Adults
- £18 for Seniors
- £10 for Under-18s
- Free for Under-11s**

*Prices exclude block M seating.

Season ticket holders and members are entitled to £5 off the price of a match ticket for adults and seniors, and £2 off the price of an under-18 ticket.
