Want to get active?
Masters Football is a chance for 35+ year-olds to continue playing 5-aside football in a social environment. The sessions will take place outdoor on a Monday evening at: Playfootball Blackpool, Garstang Road West, FY3 7JH, 6pm–7pm.
Walking Football Under-60s
Blackpool FC Community Trust is launching a new Walking Football session - open to anyone under the age of 60. Walking football is played 5-aside with specific rules in place, such as; no running, no contact between players and the ball remaining below head height.
This is an opportunity for all abilities to restart playing football at a slower pace, but also introduces the sport to people who may have never considered it in the past.
This will, again, take place at Playfootball Blackpool at 6pm–7pm on a Monday.
And for Over-50s
In addition to our existing Walking Football provision The Trust also has a new Over-50s session starting. This will take place at Blackpool and the Fylde College, Ashfield Road, FY2 0HB, commencing; Wednesday 9 January, 5:30pm – 6:30pm, in the sports hall.
Can’t make that time? More sessions run every Monday and Thursday (excluding bank holidays) at PlayFootball:
The sessions are £4 each.
