More than 1,000 Blackpool fans will be in fine voice at Accrington this evening, as the first-team head across Lancashire to face Stanley in a rearranged fixture.
The match, which comes four days before an exciting homecoming game against Southend United at Bloomfield Road, offers The Seasiders a chance to get back on track in Sky Bet League One.
A disappointing defeat at the hands of Bristol Rovers on the weekend is still fresh in the system, while the hosts are also aiming to bounce back from a home loss to Coventry City.
Blackpool will be bolstered by the return of striker Chris Long at The Wham Stadium, who missed out on Saturday due to his partner giving birth. Marc Bola is still sidelined with a hamstring problem, though.
Accrington boss John Coleman will have a decision to make between the sticks, with regular Jonny Maxted sitting on the bench for the Coventry game due to mild concussion. Dimitar Evtimov deputised for him. Defender Ross Sykes is definitely out as he continues to recover from a slight groin tear.
Ross Joyce will officiate the fixture between the two teams, having last refereed Blackpool's Emirates FA Cup tie at Solihull Moors in November.
Alix Pashley and Thomas Hart will assist him, while Seb Stockbridge has been confirmed as fourth official.
Supporters still planning to attend the game tonight can purchase tickets on arrival (cash only).
Tickets remain priced at:
- £20 for Adults
