Nathan Delfouneso has committed his future to Blackpool by signing a new two-year contract, which also contains an option of a further 12 months.
The forward, who surpassed 200 appearances for the club last month, found the net on seven occasions last season, with four of those goals securing league victories.
Having first moved to Bloomfield Road on loan from Aston Villa in 2012, the 28-year-old has enjoyed a number of fruitful spells in tangerine and was also part of the squad promoted back to Sky Bet League One two years ago.
“I’ve always had a close affinity with this club and I’m pleased that I’ll be able to continue playing my football here,” Delfouneso said.
“It’s an exciting time with all the fans now being back and it’s important that we kick on again and give them the results they deserve.”
