The Emirates FA Cup returns to Bloomfield Road this weekend, as Maidstone United come to town.
The Vanarama National League South side sit 72 places below Blackpool in the English football pyramid, but boast an experienced managerial and playing squad.
Ex-Luton Town, Dagenham & Redbridge and Barnet boss John Still is the current Head of Football at the Stones, and has over 40 years managerial experience to his name. Former Oldham Athletic defender, George Elokobi, represents Maidstone at the back, along with former Arsenal youth-team player, Gavin Hoyte.
A place in the coveted third round of the Emirates FA Cup is on the line on Sunday, where Championship and Premier League teams enter the competition.
There could be several changes from the disappointing Leasing.com Trophy defeat to Scunthorpe United on Wednesday evening. Top scorer Armand Gnanduillet, who has missed the last two matches through injury, will be checked on ahead of kick-off.
James Adcock will be the man in charge of the match.
Admission for the tie is priced as follows:
- £10 for Adults
- £5 for Seniors
- £1 for Under-16s
