An eagerly anticipated fixture in front of the Sky Sports cameras awaits tonight, as Blackpool face Bolton Wanderers at the University of Bolton Stadium.
This will be the first league meeting the two sides since April 2015 and sees both clubs under new ownership.
Blackpool head into the game on the back of seven points from a possible nine in the division, while Bolton, who started the season on minus 12 points, go in search of their first league victory of the season.
The hosts have recruited heavily since starting the campaign with youth team players and will prove a much sterner test under the management of Keith Hill. The Trotters have drawn two of their last three league games and lost out narrowly to Portsmouth last time out.
The Seasiders continue to monitor several injury concerns ahead of the match, with Nathan Delfouneso, Sullay Kaikai and Joe Nuttall being assessed. Jordan Thompson misses out due to international commitments with Northern Ireland.
Bolton could hand a debut to former Pool loan player Joe Dodoo, who completed a move to the club last week.
The Manager's View:
John Busby will oversee proceedings at the University of Bolton Stadium, having officiated 11 games so far this season.
His last Blackpool fixture was an away game at Barnsley back in April.
Our full ticket allocation for this match has now been sold. No tickets will be available to purchase on the night.
