Marvin Ekpiteta is enjoying life at Blackpool and believes the team can continue to build on the impressive run of form they have built in recent weeks.
The defender joined the Seasiders on a two year contract in the summer from Leyton Orient, and has been a consistent performer at the back in tangerine, having already made 20 appearances in all competitions so far this season.
“I’m really enjoying my time at the Club and with the recent results we’ve had, I’m enjoying it even more,” the 24-year-old said.
“It was all new for me when I initially moved up to Blackpool. I’ve spent all of my life down south so to make the move north, particularly at a time like this in 2020, was a big change. But, it’s been a really good experience so far.
“It’s been great to be involved so much too since I’ve been here at the Club,” Ekpiteta continued.
“I feel the more games I play, the better and more confident I become. Over recent weeks, it’s been a really intense period, with all of the matches we have had. But, the results have really taken off lately. We’ve been doing well - picking up important victories, keeping clean sheets and scoring good goals, so long may it continue.”
