CJ Hamilton admits the 0-0 draw with Oxford United was frustrating, despite having the vast majority of chances in the stalemate.
Hamilton himself hit the woodwork twice in the match, whilst also caused plenty of trouble down the right hand side all afternoon for the visitors.
“Everyone is frustrated as we didn’t get the three points, which is something we wanted to do,” he said.
“It’s a difficult one, as I hit the post and then the crossbar. On any other day, one of those would likely have gone in, and I think if that was the case, we would have seen the game out. I think the first one in particular where I hit the near post was a good strike, but it just came off the woodwork and bounced away.
"We knew Oxford seem to have turned a corner in recent weeks, and don’t concede many goals, so it was always going to be a tough battle.
“We’ll take the point and another clean sheet, and move on to what will be another real test for us on Tuesday against Hull City.”
