Channel 4 is to air a replay of the 1966 World Cup final on Sunday (7 June) in support of the National Emergencies Trust Coronavirus Appeal.
The match, which saw Blackpool's Alan Ball, the youngest member of the squad, produce an energetic midfield display to help England lift the Jules Rimet trophy, will be shown from 1.30pm.
Blackpool's other representative of the 1966 World Cup winning squad, Jimmy Armfield, missed out on selection during the tournament due to injury.
