CJ Hamilton is pleased with the way he’s adapting to life in Sky Bet League One with Blackpool.
The winger, a summer arrival from Mansfield Town, has found the net on three occasions so far and set up Gary Madine’s match-winning goal at Peterborough on Saturday.
“I’m very happy as long as I can contribute in any kind of game. Goals, assists and helping the team is my job,” the 25-year-old said.
“It’s a different league (I’m now playing in) and obviously adapting takes a while, but I think I’ve adapted well and I’m really enjoying it.
“We were buzzing with the win at Peterborough on Saturday. That’s our main aim, to get as many wins as we can. To get one on the road, especially at Peterborough, was a big one.”
The victory on the weekend made it five consecutive wins in all competitions for the Seasiders, with Pool’s new-look squad starting to get the required results from their efforts.
“Everything we put in on the training field is now coming out in games and you can see that. We’re all gelling well and getting to know what each other’s attributes are.
“We’ve now got a busy period coming up, after just coming past a busy period, and now that we’re picking up wins, we want to go to the next game and keep winning and winning and winning. Hopefully that can be the case,” he added.
