Tuesday evening’s match-winner Sullay Kaikai was delighted to fire Blackpool to back-to-back victories for the first time this season.
The winger finished coolly from Jerry Yates’ pass early in the second half to score his second goal in three league games, securing a hard-fought victory for Neil Critchley’s side.
Reflecting on the win, Kaikai was delighted to score another goal and lavished praise on Blackpool’s team spirit.
“Luckily Jerry managed to put it on a plate for me. I want to get into those positions more and I’m delighted to get another goal,” Kaikai said.
“It’s always good to get the three points. We deserve the bit of luck that we’re getting at the moment. We’re playing well and we’re creating chances.
“We’re looking to build momentum, and this was an important victory for us. We’ve worked hard in training, so it was good to see it pay off.
