Daniel Gretarsson is set to have a scan on the shoulder he dislocated against Sunderland on Saturday, Neil Critchley has confirmed.
The defender was forced off in the 76th minute of the Seasiders’ 1-0 victory and is now waiting to discover the extent of the damage.
“He’s going to go for a scan tomorrow (Tuesday). He’s in quite a bit of pain from Saturday after being in the wars a little bit – he had a dead leg and dislocated his shoulder," Pool’s Head Coach revealed.
“It popped straight back in at the time so we don’t know the severity of that injury yet. We’re hoping that he’s got no tendon or ligament damage around that shoulder.
"If not, it’ll be a shorter period of time he’ll face being out. Fingers crossed we get some good news from that.”
