Jerry Yates felt the draw at Hull was a point the side can build on, following the 1-1 draw.
The striker bagged his eighth goal in all competitions for the Seasiders in the match, with the side coming from behind to claim a late point at the KCOM Stadium.
“I think it’s a good point in the end, and we probably could have gone on to secure the victory,” Yates said.
“I think we’ve showed good spirit in the previous two matches to pick up a point away at Hull and to defeat West Brom on penalties in the last game. We know what we’re good at, so we need to carry on doing that and look to kick on between now and the end of the season.
“To come away from playing Hull twice and pick up four points is a good effort and something I’m sure we can build on.”
