Critchley: Squad Starting To Look A Bit Healthier
Neil Critchley has provided some timely injury updates ahead of Blackpool’s Carabao Cup tie against Middlesbrough on Wednesday night.
The Seasiders’ Head Coach, who could make changes for the encounter, is set to welcome Kenny Dougall back to the squad, while a number of others aren’t too far behind.
“Kenny has trained for the last couple of days and has felt no ill effects of the training that he has had. That’s a bonus,” Critchley said.
“Kevin Stewart has been doing some running and Gary Madine has joined back in training and done part of the training session today. Daniel Gretarsson has been training as well. Demi will be a little bit longer yet, though.
“The squad is starting to look a little bit healthier. That’s important because we want a strong squad, competitive within training and competing for places. We’ve got a relentless schedule and a relentless league to face this season.”
Tickets for the match at Bloomfield Road remain on sale right until kick-off from the ticket office, priced at £15 for Adults, £10 for Seniors (65+) and £5 for Under-18s.
