Mark Cullen wrote his name in the Blackpool history books when he fired the winner in the League Two Play-Off Final against Exeter City.
The striker capped a brilliant end to the 2016/17 season, which also saw him hit a hat-trick against Luton Town in the Sem-Finals, with a memorable day at Wembley.
However, Blackpool's season back in League One that followed was blighted by a severe hamstring injury that required an operation, leaving him sidelined for a large part of the campaign.
Born in Ashington, Cullen came through the youth system at Hull City and made 28 appearances for The Tigers, including four at Premier League level. While on the books of Hull, he also spent time out on loan with Bradford City, Bury and Stockport County.
Cullen signed for Blackpool from Luton in June 2015 after guiding them to promotion back to the EFL. He agreed a new contract at Bloomfield Road in the summer.
