Adi Yussuf became Blackpool's first signing of the 2019 summer, joining on an initial two-year deal, plus 12-month option.
The forward signed as a free agent from Solihull Moors having scored 21 goals in all competitions last season, including two against the Seasiders in an Emirates FA Cup second round replay.
Called up to the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations with Tanzania, Yussuf's goals with Solihull Moors saw the club finish second in the Vanarama National League.
The former Leicester academy man also hit a career best 29 goals in 39 games for Oxford City in the 2014/15 campaign and previously sampled league football with Burton Albion, Mansfield Town and Crawley Town.
