Elliot Embleton joined the Seasiders on loan from Sunderland on Transfer Deadline Day in January 2021.
The deal will keep the attacking-midfielder at the Club until the end of the season. The 21-year-old came through Sunderland's Academy and has gone on to make 14 league appearances for the Black Cats.
He also spent time on loan at League Two side Grimsby Town during the 2018-19 season, scoring three league goals.
