Grant Ward joined Blackpool on an initial 18-month deal in December 2019.
The 25-year-old had most recently been with Ipswich Town, he made 98 appearances and scored eight goals, including a hat-trick on his debut.
Prior to joining the Tractor Boys for an undisclosed fee from Tottenham Hotspur, Ward impressed on loan at Rotherham United, winning the Millers’ Young Player of the Season and Goal of the Season awards in 2016.
