How do I go about purchasing tickets for a Blackpool home game? 

There are three different methods of purchasing tickets for a Blackpool match - in person, over the phone (01253 599745), or online by clicking here

Can I order my tickets online but print them from home? 

Yes, the club does offer a print at home service via its online ticketing platform. Once you have purchased your ticket(s), you will receive a confirmation email with a PDF of your printable ticket(s) attached. 

Do you do anything special for first time visitors? 

Yes, children attending a match at Bloomfield Road for the first time can be presented with a certificate to mark the occasion from our mascot, Bloomfield Bear. To arrange this, please mention your first time visit to the ticket office when purchasing your match tickets. 

How do I get to Bloomfield Road for a match? 

Bloomfield Road is arguably one of the easiest and most accessible grounds in the English Football League to find. For travel information and directions, please click here

Can I park at the stadium? 

On-site parking is extremely limited at Bloomfield Road so visiting supporters are advised to use the council pay and display car parks over the road from the stadium. The latest parking tariffs can be found here.  

What is your policy on bringing bags into the stadium? 

Bags are permitted in the stadium, providing that they don't exceed the size of 297mm x 210mm. Exceptions will only be made, at the club's discretion, for medical supplies. Please note that all bags will be searched prior to entering the stadium. 

Are security checks in place? 

Yes, the club does operate random security checks.  

What food and drinks do you offer on the concourses?

What time do the turnstiles open before a match? 

Turnstiles open 90 minutes before kick-off for supporters to enter the stadium. 

How much are season tickets and match tickets for disabled supporters?  

Season tickets and match tickets for disabled supporters are priced within the appropriate age band category and include a complimentary ticket, if required, for their PA/companion*.
*Applies to those in receipt of high/medium Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or enhanced Personal Independence Payment (PIP).

How many wheelchair spaces do you have at Bloomfield Road? 

The club has 44 wheelchair spaces located in the South and West stands for home supporters, while another nine are available for away supporters in Block B of the North Stand. 

What about ambulant disabled supporters? 

Disabled supporters not requiring wheelchair access can sit anywhere in the ground with their PA/essential companion, subject to qualification, providing they are able to access the area, subject to safety requirements of the ground. 
Requirements should be stipulated at the time of purchasing a ticket to ensure appropriate seating is provided.
Do you offer a commentary service for blind/partially sighted supporters? 
Yes, a match commentary service is provided for blind/partially sighted supporters, with five complimentary headsets available from the ticket office, allowing supporters to enjoy the game. How do you arrange for a guide dog/assistance dog to accompany you? 
 Any supporter wishing to attend the stadium with a guide dog/assistance dog needs to contact the Disability Liaison Officer, Chris Beveridge on 07875236576 or via email - - to ensure necessary arrangements are in place. 
Are accessible toilets available inside the ground?
Yes, the club has accessible toilets located all around the stadium and these are clearly signed. Should you require assistance, please seek advice from the nearest steward. 
What about stadium parking for disabled supporters? 
Parking at the stadium for disabled supporters is limited, with the disabled bays currently available on match days reserved by home season ticket holders. However, a council car park adjacent to the stadium offers free parking for up to three hours for those with a blue badge clearly displayed.
