Doug Tharme joined Blackpool from Southport in January 2022 on a two-and-a-half year deal.

The defender was loaned back to the National League North side for the remainder of that season, before joining up with the Seasiders ahead of the 2022/23 season.

Before signing for Southport, Tharme enjoyed previous spells at the likes of Wrexham, Connah's Quay and Curzon Ashton.

Tharme spent the 2022/23 campaign on loan at Accrington Stanley.
