Jack was on the books of Burnley before initially signing for the Seasiders on a two-year-scholarship.

A right back that loves to push forward and support in attacks, he agreed a professional contract with the Club in January 2022. 

In the second part of the 2021/22 season, he headed out on loan to gain experience with Radcliffe FC, before having another successful loan move at Chorley in the first-half of the 2023/24 season.

Moore joined National League side Tamworth on a one-month loan deal in August 2024.
