Liam Bridcutt joined Blackpool in September 2022 on an initial one-year contract.
A vastly experienced midfielder with more than 350 career appearances, the 33-year-old joined the Seasiders on an agreement that also included an option for a further year.
Reunited with Michael Appleton following a two-year spell at Lincoln City, Bridcutt has also played for the likes of Sunderland, Leeds United, Nottingham Forest and Brighton & Hove Albion, achieving a promotion with the latter.
