Site tracking & cookies
When visiting our website, we would like to use "cookies" and other tracking technologies which record information and data automatically.
What are cookies?
"Cookies" are small text files stored on your "browser" on your computer's hard drive, which collect basic information, but not personally identifying information, that a website can use to recognize repeat site visits. Cookies send information stored on them back to our webserver when you access our website.
Cookies enable BFC to provide features such as remembering your address, so that you do not have to re-enter it each time you use the website. Cookies do not attach to your system or damage your files.
Cookies can be deleted from your hard drive if you wish. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies. You can usually change your browser so that it will not accept cookies. If you do this, you will still be able to browse around the site and use most of the features on the website but the functions that allow you to add items to your trolley, set up a new account or access an existing account will not be available. Alternatively, you can adjust your browser to tell you when a website tries to put a cookie on your computer. How you adjust your browser to stop it accepting cookies or to notify you of them will depend on the type of internet browser programme, which your computer uses.
If your computer uses Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator, you will need to follow these instructions at this link www.allaboutcookies.org (BFC is not responsible for the content of external websites.)
Go to the heading "Manage Cookies". Click onto the option you prefer, either stopping cookies being installed or notifying you of them. From the list provided, click onto the programme, which your computer uses. If this is not shown on the list, click on the "help" heading on the bar at the top of this page, search for information on "cookies" - an explanation of how to delete cookies will appear, then follow those instructions.
If we cannot use such technology it is possible that certain functionality or 'personalised' services of this site might be affected and you might not be able to access certain Webpages. This information does not identify you personally.
What information do we collect?
We automatically collect and store only the following information about your visit:-
• the internet domain and IP address from where you access our Website;
• the type of browser software and operating system used to access our Website;
•the date and time you access our Website;
• the pages you enter, visit and exit our Website from; and
• if you linked to our Website from another Website, the address of that Website.
Why do we collect this information?
We use this information to help us identify click stream patterns, to compile aggregate data in order to observe behaviour and to improve our Website, to learn about the number of visitors to our Website, the types of technology our visitors use, to target the advertising and to assess the general effectiveness of such advertising.
We only use this information to ensure that our Webpages stay compatible with a selection of browsers and systems and thereby ensure that the pages appeal to a wide audience.
Currently our Webpages are optimised for the following Internet browsers: Internet Explorer 8.0+, Firefox, Safari, Chrome and native browsers on mobile devices and tablets.
Third party advertising cookies
Some of the advertisements you see on this site are generated by third parties. Some of these third parties generate their own "anonymous cookies", for the same reasons we do: to track how many unique users have seen a particular ad, and how many times they have seen it.
These third party cookies cannot be used to identify an individual user, but only for statistical purposes, for example, in providing you with advertisements that are more relevant to your interests. Additionally, the companies that generate these cookies have their own, very strict, privacy policies but we don't have access to these cookies; other than allowing them to be served, we have no role to play in these cookies at all (although we may use statistical information arising from these third party cookies and provided to us by third parties, to improve the targeting of advertisements to users).
Consent to cookies
In using this website, and by submitting your information, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal information by us as set out in this Policy.
If you do not agree, please leave this website now.

10. Information about You
12. Applicable Law
Thank You for visiting the Site.
Racism is the belief that because people are a different colour, or from another country or part of the world, they are inferior but racist behaviour also includes threatening, abusing or insulting a person because of their colour, race, nationality or creed.
Blackpool Football Club practices a zero tolerance policy towards racism and racial abuse and we ask all supporters to join with us to promote racial awareness in an environment, which all individuals can feel comfortable.
So what can you do to help:
If you hear racial chanting ie: the repeated uttering of words, whether alone or with others (the police will often require evidence of the same words being repeated three times) or
You hear individuals or groups who repeatedly utter racist abuse then you should report it, either:
a)To the nearest steward
b)To the nearest Police Officer
c)If neither are near enough and you have a mobile phone then ring 0800 16 99 414. Please note this number will connect you to the Kick It Out Help Line.
Consideration must then be given by the person to whom you have complained, as to what action is appropriate. It could be that:
1.The steward reports the complaint to the supervisor for his attention
2.The offender's seat number and location is taken for further observation to be made
3.The offender is given advice or a warning
4.The offender is ejected and/or arrested by police, which may lead to prosecution and being banned from the club
Remember, we must have good evidence before the latter is achievable.
All reports of racist crime will be followed up by the police and/or club by the most appropriate method which could extend to lip reading by camera.
Racism has no place at Blackpool Football Club. We're bigger than that!!
Season Tickets and Matchday Tickets
Season tickets and match tickets for disabled supporters are priced within the appropriate age band category and include a complimentary ticket, if required, for their carer/personal assistant.
*Applies to those in receipt of enhanced Personal Independence Payment (PIP), or high/medium Disability Living Allowance (DLA).
For further enquiries please contact the Blackpool FC Ticket Office on 01253 599745.
Ambulant Disabled Supporters
Disabled supporters not requiring wheelchair access can sit anywhere in the ground with their PA/essential companion, subject to qualification, providing they are able to access the area, subject to safety requirements of the ground.
Requirements should be stipulated at the time of purchasing a ticket to ensure appropriate seating is provided.
Wheelchair users are accommodated on the front rows of the North, South and West stands, which allow the PA/essential companion to sit alongside them.
The Role of a Personal Assistant Companion
By accepting the free ticket your companion accepts responsibility for providing you with the support you need to attend the match. This includes being able to provide you with additional assistance during the course of an emergency evacuation.
The stewards at the match are unable to provide assistance in excess of their typical role and general reasonable adjustments, so it’s important that, if you need help moving around, your PA/companion is ready and willing to support you with this.
Temporary Mobility Restrictions
Supporters suffering from temporary mobility restrictions (e.g broken leg) that may affect access to the stadium or seating areas, should contact the ticket office. Alternative seating will be offered, subject to availability.
Blind/ Partically Sighted Supporters
A match commentary service is provided for blind/partially sighted supporters, with five complimentary headsets available from the ticket office, allowing supporters to enjoy the game. For further information, please contact Disability Liaison Officer on 07875236576 or via email - [email protected]
Guide Dogs/ Assistance Dogs
Any supporter wishing to attend the stadium with a guide dog/assistance dog needs to contact the Disability Liaison Officer, Chris Beveridge on 07875236576 or via email - [email protected] - to ensure necessary arrangements are in place.
Please note that we have accessible toilets located all around the stadium and these are clearly signed. Should you require assistance, please seek advice from the nearest steward.
Car Parking - Disabled Supporters/ Supporters with Mobility Problems
Parking at the stadium for disabled supporters is limited, with the disabled bays currently available on match days reserved by home season ticket holders. However, a council car park adjacent to the stadium offers free parking for up to three hours for those with a blue badge clearly displayed.
